  • Research summary

The Children's Cognitive Screening Instrument (CCoSI) has been designed to assess neuropsychological function, in the early stages of acquired brain injury, in children aged 5-16 years. The CCoSI is designed to provide an early indication of specific cognitive deficits, prior to definitive diagnostic assessment.

The CCoSI will be utilised alongside established measures of cognitive function, to determine sensitivity and specificity, with reference to normative data collected from a non-neurological control group (i.e. healthy volunteers).
