Research summary
The aim of the research is to learn and understand what quality of life is for people with intellectual disability disorder (IDD) and/or autism. Semi-structured interviews will be conducted with 6-8 participants who meet the inclusion criteria, to gain an understanding of what Quality of Life (QoL) means for this population. Analysis of the transcripts (interview) will be carried out using Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis (IPA). This will be completed for each participant’s transcript.
