    1. Age
    2. Gender
    3. Ethnicity
    4. Primary and secondary diagnoses
    5. HoNOS item and total scores across several years.
    6. Community or inpatient
    7. Risk form data (e.g. risk of harm to self/others/neglect etc)
    8. Admission and discharge dates to inpatient, crisis and community teams
    9. Data on use of the mental health act.
    10. Part of the postcode (for Townsend Index - a measure of deprivation)
