The study will employ a longitudinal design. Participants (i.e. NHS clinical staff) will be invited to complete an online battery of self-report questionnaires exploring impact of COVID-related stressors on mental health outcomes, including anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress, and burnout, and to investigate the effect of psychological markers of risk and resilience that might exacerbate or buffer the impact of COVID-related stressors on mental health. Participants will be invited to re-complete questionnaires after 4, 8, and 12 months. A subsample of participants will also be invited to take part in a qualitative interview to further explore their experiences.
