This study will investigate if partients who currently use synthetic cannabinoids (commonly referred to as 'Spice') while being detained under the Mental Health Act in secure hospitals think that staff members’ thoughts and feelings about their current use are related to their relationship with staff and the overall quality of care they receive. Moreover, this project aims to explore if patients’ current synthetic cannabinoid use, and their overall relationship with staff members, relates to patients’ self-worth.
