Research summary
This project is part of a wider research study that aims to build an infrastructure to identify clinically useful remote monitoring technology-measured biosignatures to assist in the early identification of changes in health state in three conditions: multiple sclerosis, epilepsy and depression. The intention is to ensure that people with these conditions are involved from the very beginning of this research to guide the design and development of later research protocols. The first stage of this process will include conducting focus groups to collect qualitative data with the following two goals in mind:
1) To identify important clinical endpoints (outcomes to be measured)
2) To identify facilitators and challenges for engagement and adherence to using RMTFocus groups will be used to identify the current domains of key interest to people with conditions with particular reference to the needs of different clinical and cultural groups.
