  The emphasis on determining the views of patients and carers on the service provided has increased with NHS guidance and government pressures. This study hopes to find out the views/experiance of relatives/carers, who have had a relative/friend die within this specialist trust. By using anonymous postal questionnaires the researchers hope to benchmark standards against official guidelines. Present and disseminate findings so that care can be improved and to see whether a more structured bereavement service is required.
