  This study will bring together lung function test results, patient demographics and surgical outcomes. We will look at if a simple breathing test (spirometry) is enough to determine the safety of patients for lung cancer surgery. We will look at other whether more lengthy lung function tests are more beneficial when making surgical decisions or whether different parameters maybe better for predicting outcomes.
