  This is a pilot study of an existing Handheld Biosensor in major trauma patients. This project will demonstrate the capability of a new diagnostic biosensor that provides information on how blood clots in this patient cohort. The device will be run in the Emergency Resus Department where major trauma patients are first seen and follow some patients through to theatres.
