    This study builds on to a pre-existing series of university post-graduate pharmacy practice-based assessments for practicing UK pharmacists.

    The assessment uses an evaluation tool “IMPACT“ which has been developed by the course leader based on her research in to patient-centred healthcare services. The tool is designed to provided a step by step approach to integrating the views of patients as an integral component of service evaluation and audit.

    This study aims to evaluate the “IMPACT’ tool firstly as an educational strategy and secondly as a means of collecting research data.
