  Data collected in the Research database will be data already held at Vision Care Clinic as part of the patients'medical records. No additional data will
  be collected. All data collected for the database is data already routinely collected as part of the patients routine treatment at the clinic.
  Data collected will include Patient Number, Year of Birth, and specific medical information on the surgical procedure, preoperative assessments, as well as postoperative assessments. Patients' name will not be included in the Database.

  This research database is set up as a stand alone database at Vision Care Clinic. The database will not be shared with other researchers. The analysis of the data included in the database will be shared with the ophthalmic community through peer-review publications, meeting presentations and conferences
