Benefits of physical activity has shown to reduce symptoms related to lung cancer and help regain pre-diagnosis levels of physical and emotional health. Thirty-five adults living with and beyond lung cancer will be chosen to participate in the study. The sample will be given access, from home, to an online programme, which give help and guidance on physical activity. This programme will last for six – eight weeks, with weekly check-in to see if any changes are needed. feasibility and acceptability of the programme will be assessed post programme, with information being collected weekly on: health related quality of life, cancer related fatigue, mood, motivation, breathlessness, and participant and researchers views of physical activity and online supportive care for those living with and beyond lung cancer. We will learn whether the study is acceptable and if any changed need to be made, prior to testing in a large randomised controlled trial.
