  This is a prospective study, analyzing patient data on the treatment and safety of neurological MR-guided focused ultrasound treatments for exploratory purposes. Patients will be asked to participate in standardized clinical outcome measures as well as complete various health related quality of life questionnaires at baseline and follow up visits.
