Research summary
The overall aim is to study front-line NHS mental health inpatient staff's views of special measures. This is to gain an insight into their experiences working under special measures and how this has impacted on their work and lives in general. This study uses Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis (IPA) qualitative methods to understand the issues that relate to front-line NHS Wales adult mental health inpatient staff's views of special measures.
