    This project will aim:
    1. To perform a systematic review to assess the predictive accuracy of first trimester serum PAPP-A (alone or in combination with other markers e.g. first trimester uterine artery Doppler) for adverse pregnancy outcomes measured in terms of pregnancy loss, perinatal mortality, preterm birth, intra-uterine death (IUD) and small for gestational age (SGA) .
    2. To assess the predictive accuracy of first trimester serum PAPP-A alone or in combination with other biometric indicators for adverse pregnancy outcome in the population at BWNFT.
