Research summary
This retrospective, multicentric, observational study aims at collecting clinical information about a rare disorder which is lymphoproliferation (a tumor of the lymphoid system) in children affected by a primary defect of their immune system. This group of disorders are rare and there is currently little information on its clinical, biological characteristic, best available treatment and overall outcome. We think our study could help understanding this group of disease better and therefore inform future treatment strategies in this context. We moreover would like to collect available biological material from affected patients for potential future studies in this rare disorders.
