Data collection arrangements
The Registry will collect and store routine clinical data on adult lymphoma patients treated with CAR T at participating UK centres. Data will be retrospective, i.e. already obtained and recorded as per standard practice at the treating centre. Data will be sent and stored on secure NHS server, on password protected files. Data sent to the Registry will not contain any personal patient data, but pseudonymised NHSE IDs generated through the UK CAR T submission process. Data will be managed and sustained by investigators from the KCH Haematology Unit as part of the CAR T clinical programme.
Research programme
The NHS National CAR T Clinical panel (NCCP) comprising CAR T clinicians, patient representatives and independent experts, have initiated the idea of setting up a UK-wide registry at KCH and will oversee the research programme of the Registry. The NCCP will periodically review clinical analyses conducted using the Registry data, to ensure that data are used to produce knowledge valuable to the treatment of lymphoma patients and that data are disseminated as appropriate.
