  To assess if late onset asthma is linked to perimenopause. Will look at retrospective clinical data. Lung function, blood test and clinical records looking for 26 identified variables. To also use the asthma quality of life and menopause quality of life questionnaires and a series of semi structured interviews to give information as to how this patient cohort feels and how they would like their treatment to be managed going forwards
