The research will inadvertently benefit patients and the public as it will help the organisation understand the impact of individual culture on the performance of teams. These teams provide a service to patients and public and so understanding what affects the performance of those teams are a benefit.
Broadly, what area (disease, therapy or service) is being studied?
The research is not a clinical research and so will not study a specific area but will involve correspondence with teams within the organisation.Who would be eligible?
The research will involve sending out an anonymous survey to two sets of departments; the Informatics Department and the East Area Therapies Department. Interviews will be carried out with 3 survey respondents from both departments. All participants are employees of Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board.The type of sites where study will be conducted
The study will involve surveys being sent out electronically and the interviews will be carried out in an NHS Premises office space.How long will the study last and what will the participants undergo?
The study will last 6 months and each participant will be sent an email invitation, then the questionnaire with some being interviewed - this will take a total of 2 months.REC name
