    The proposed study is the first attempt to examine the prevalence and risk of mental health conditions across an exhaustive range of occupational groupings, using routinely collected administrative data. The study will use administrative data to examine mental health outcomes among working age adults in Northern Ireland, focusing on the impact of occupation type and family demands.

    Data will be accessed and analysed in a 'safe setting' in the Northern Ireland Statistics and Research Agency in Belfast, under the framework of the Administrative Data Research Network
