Research summary
The study will use an exploratory survey to investigate the impact of COVID-19 on staff well-being, resilience and professional satisfaction. The designed questionnaire will be disseminated via unions, social media platforms/group emails. The questionnaire will be diseminated through professional colleages i.e Royal College of Physicians, Royal College of GPs and Royal College of Nursing who will advertise the questionnaire through their social media platforms or through their member communications. The research team will not have access to emails in the case of UCLH they intend to go through centralised admin who will distribute the link to the survey on their behalf. Participants will be asked to fill out the questionnaire if interested in participating.
