    1. To test the hypothesis that disease is driven by the plasma cells present in the inflammatory tissue\n\n2. Improve diagnostic accuracy of nasal biopsies by developing tests to identify auto-antigen specific plasma cells in situ [COVID-19 amendment – 15/04/2020] 1. Additional nasal sampling: nasal Microbiology swabs, nasal brushings and nasosorption for nasal cytokine analysis. Additional nasal sampling for disease controls under local (LA) and general anaesthesia (GA): postnasal space biopsy sampling. 3. Inguinal lymph node core-biopsy under local anaesthesia.
