  • Research summary

To investigate the immune response to SARS COV 2 and COVID vaccines in different immunocompromised patients. Our assessment would include an assessment of antibody responses (including neutralising antibody responses): following vaccination and in those patients who have an infection despite vaccination (breakthrough).

We also plan to assess cell mediated immunity by using an interferon release assay. This assesses T cell responses on stimulation with SARS CoV 2.
