Research summary
- We are asking all participants who were part of the GLAUrious study to come back for a one-off visit in which a few assessments, as part of their normal eye care will be conducted.
- We would like to take these measurements to be able to see if the two different treatment types used in the study are continuing to help with their glaucoma, and to observe the health of their eyes. We would like to look to see if there are any differences between their two eyes and are therefore checking the general eye heath of both eyes.
- The results from this study will provide us with more insight into the long-term results with the treatment types looked at in the study and let us look at any differences between them. We want to see how they may continue to work in keeping your intraocular (eye) pressure controlled and any longer-term effects there may be on the general health of your eyes.
