  This study looks at the genetic make up of the different types of T and B cell Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma (NHL). More research needs to be done to identify biomarkers that will help to identify patients with poor response. By investigating the genetic characteristics of different groups of patients with NHL, we are aiming to identify new cellular pathways that determine poor survival prognosis. Furthermore, we are hoping to identify possible biomarkers that can be used to identify them. This will be achieved by doing exome sequencing and deep sequencing of surplus diagnostic material from patients with NHL.
