  In the UK we are seeking permission from the patients to use their anonymised clinical data for research purposes.
  European and US centres who will be adapting to our technique will follow as below.
  A few specialist centres in Europe and our centre are offering endoscopic treatment of Zenker's diverticulum (ZD) safely and effectively. There is a lack of long term outcome data on success of this treatment, hence the aim of this study is to assess long-term outcome of existing flexible endoscopic treatment of ZD with the Stag Beetle (SB knife) including successes, complications and recurrences.
