Research summary
This study, funded by Sunderland CCG,y will explore peoples' experiences of living with Long COVID. This is a qualitative study which seeks to understand how Long COVID affects their day to day lives. Participants will be recruited from the Long COVID clinic in Sunderland and will receive a letter with study information. If they want to participate they will contact the Chief Investigator. Participants will take part in an individual interview with a member of the research team. This will take place in person or by videoconference and will be recorded with permission. Participants will be asked about their experiences of living with Long COVID. Data will be transcribed and analysed and the findings written up for publication in scientific journals and shared with patients so learning is widely shared with healthcare professionals and people living with Long COVID.
