Research summary
The effect of vaccination on cell mediated immunity as measured by assessing T cell numbers is unknown. This study seeks to examine the changes in the number of T cells measured using a proprietary T-SPOT platform before, between vaccine doses and after vaccination up to one year. These results will be compared to antibody concentrations measured at the same timepoints to determine which immunity, cell or antibody, lasts longer.
