Research summary
A study to evaluate topically applied over the counter anti-inflamatory agents for the relief of symptoms through modulation of the immunological and inflammatory response following a mosquito bite. Volunteers following a mosquito bite will receive a NSAI gel and an steroidal cream with matched placebos to identify in a double blinded manner which agent relieves pruritic symptoms and reduces local reaction to the bite.
