This pilot study is to ascertain the most important qualities patients and healthcare professionals believe doctors, especially temporary or locum doctors should have when practising medicine in London, United Kingdom. Qualitative data will be collected via questionnaires where participants are asked to rate the Good Medical Practice qualities in order of importance. The study aims to identify the most important qualities a locum doctor should meet and assessed on in order to judge the value for money of such temporary doctors.
