  • Research summary

This prospective cohort study aims to investigate if the concept of resilience, as measured by Making it CLEAR (Community Living, Enablement and Resilience) (MiC) questionnaire at discharge from the Medicine of the Elderly wards, Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh, is predictive of hospital readmissions. We also anticipate that the gathered data will allow the profiling of resilience needs at the point of discharge from the Medicine of the Elderly wards.
