• Research summary

  The purpose of this study is to e evaluate the function of the Carpentier-Edwards PERIMOUNT Magna Ease aortic valve 3-5 years after implantation..

  This will be achieved by performing an Echocardiography (Echo) scan to take several measurements to assess how well the valve is functioning. In addition quality of life assessments and a medical examination will be completed. The scientific literature indicates there are no major issues with regards to the early functioning of these valves. This study will provide objective evidence of this.
