Research summary
Emotional Logic (EL) is a psychoeducational intervention designed to help individuals develop a better understanding of their emotions and the impact these have on their lives. The Highlands Health Centre offered EL sessions to a number of its patients as part of a previous project, and the current study aims collect follow-up data from these patients via paper and telephone questionnaires in order to assess the longer-term effects of the EL sessions on depression and anxiety ratings, as well as the individual’s development of EL skills.
