    To test whether internet-based exercises are beneficial to reduce the pain and to improve the physical activity in the patients suffering from knee arthritis. The main aim is to see if these cost-effective exercises are useful for those patients who may otherwise struggle to come to outpatient department.
    This study will also establish if sleep, knee inflammation (swelling, redness or warmth) and resistance of body cells to sugar levels have any association with pain levels.
