Research summary
This study will examine ifGSK598809 (which blocks the effects of dopamine) can reduce people's cravingfor food. This will be performed using a scan called functional MRI andpsychological tasks. If GSK598809 can reduce the craving for certain foods, itmay indicate to us that this drug may be a possible new treatment forcontrolling overeating and ultimately obesity.
