    The aim of this pilot study is to compare the clinical effectiveness of physiotherapy led classes versus one to one physiotherapy rehabilitation followinf ACL reconstruction. Participants will include forty NHS patients aged between 18-35 years old, patients who have undergone ACL reconstruction between the dates X-Y, patients who have undergone other procedures at the same time(meniscal repairs, debridements). Patients will be randomly allocated an appointment via physiotherapy central to either a class or one to one rehabilitation.The outcome measures that will be utilised are the IKDC questionnaire and the cross over hop test which are both part of standard practice.
