Research summary
It has been widely recognised that health and social care workers in Wales are often required to conform to work patterns that can be disruptive to daily planning and routines. Patterns include: working unsocial hours, work rotas changing week to week and short notice of changes to rotas. This survey will contact a sample of health and social care workers in Wales to request details on their work patterns and their patterns of access (for themselves and their dependents) to primary care. The survey will also offer participants the opportunity to provide contact details for 5-6 follow-up qualitative interviews.
