Research summary
this is a retrospective study of patients who have already been treated with a circular external fixation system to study the clinical results of its use in the treatment of tibial fractures in adults. The study aims to highlight the usefulness of the system , any shortcomings or complications and serves sets a bench mark for future studies using this system.
Data already collected for patients treated between 01 december 2012 unto 31 december 2016 will be gathered from the notes , accessed by the routine clinical care team who have treated the patients and this will be anonymised before being analysed.REC name
