Exploring barriers/facilitators overweight women face in attempting to follow a healthy lifestyle throughout pregnancy. This will involve conducting 3 focus groups (6-10 participants in each), with overweight pregnant women or women who have given birth within 1 year, midwives, and obstetricians to gain an understanding of what they feel the barriers for these women are and also what information they provide to this population regarding their lifestyle choices in pregnancy.
