  Defining disease progression in Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS):
  the principal aim of the study is to define a new and widely applicable MRI-based staging scheme for ALS. In order to create this staging scheme, we will define disease progression through a mathematical model. This model will use MRI events, clinical features and cognitive data as progression markers.
