Research summary
Urology speciality training is time limited and comprises 2 years of Urology ‘themed’ Core Training (CT) and 5 years of focused Urology Speciality Training (ST). The primary purpose of this survey is to determine whether covid has had an effect on urology training in South Wales. There is no data concerning how Urology training has changed during the covid pandemic locally. This survey will evaluate whether training has been impacted focusing particularly on clinical activities, academic opportunities and self-wellbeing. The results of this survey will allow us to determine whether there is a need to change the shape of future training within the region.
