Data collection arrangements
Samples will be stored in the Royal Marsden Hospital Biobank. The data will be stored on paper case report forms in a secure environment. The data will be added to a database called MACRO. There are no identifiable credentials other than date of birth and initials on the database. The consent forms will be stored in the investigator site files and patient files which are also kept in a secure environment. To request the tissue or blood samples, a request would have to be made to the biobank via the PI of the study for their release. Consent will be taken by a trained clinician following the a discussion of the patient information sheet about the study.
