Research summary
This study is an observational cohort analysis of treatment patterns and survival outcomes of relapsed or refractory mantle cell lymphoma (MCL) in Australia and UK. The study aims to describe the characteristics of an MCL cohort and derive useful insights into the risk factors for relapse, the impact of initial treatment decisions and the patterns and outcomes of subsequent therapies. The cohort will be made up of all MCL patients diagnosed between 1st January 2010 and 1st January 2020 at a selection of secondary care sites in the UK and Australia.
