Data collection arrangements
We will collect linked data on adult patients with primary brain tumours. This will consist of pseudonymised data on demographics, imaging, pathology, treatment and outcomes. This will be stored in a secure computing environment, where researchers will then be able to access it.
Research programme
The data will be used to support a wide range of work to help understand the causes, and effects of primary brain tumours. For example, we may look at differences in imaging between different types of tumours, or how genetic differences between tumours might change their response to treatment.
