  This is a post market clinical follow up study to collect clinical data on safety and performance of ACUITY X4 leads when used in a standard clinical setting. The ACUITY X4 lead family is intended for chronic (long-term), left-ventricular pacing and sensing via the coronary venous system when used in conjunction with a compatible pulse generator.
