Research summary
This research study aims to capture how a holistic therapy group impacts the lives of individuals living with Long Term Health conditions and moderate to severe anxiety and/or depression pre Covid-19 and during the pandemic. This therapy group integrates physical, social and psychological approaches to support management of patients' chronic conditions. Participants will be individuals who have attended this 13-week group therapy intervention run by the NHS and now attend an open-ended monthly peer-support group with others who also have graduated from that group.
