  The Live Life Better (formerly known as Tier 3) service run by Health Psychology Service in Derbyshire provides support to obese patients and also refers patients to the Tier 4 bariatric surgery service. Patients are supported by the Live Life Better service for a maximum of two years at a time. The service has no information on the longer term impact of support (after 2 years) which this research is trying to address.
