We reviewed 3,957 applications that were made up of 3,597 for Research Ethics Committee (REC) and HRA Approval, and 360 pharmacy and radiation assurances.
3,864 studies were approved to start, made up of 3,539 from REC and HRA Approval and 325 pharmacy and radiation assurances.
6,103 amendments were reviewed and we received 20 complaints and third party concerns about studies which were investigated by the HRA.
