We reviewed 4,034 applications that we made up of 3,689 for Research Ethics Committee (REC) and HRA Approval, and 345 pharmacy and radiation assurances.
3,841 studies were approved to start, made up of 3,471 from REC and HRA Approval and 370 pharmacy and radiation assurances.
6,760 amendments were reviewed and we received 29 complaints and third party concerns about studies which were investigated by the HRA.
