What is user research/testing?
User research helps us understand how well our services work and informs future service developments.
User research and user testing may involve a wide variety of activities.
They are usually one-to-one online sessions. It may involve asking for your thoughts and experience on a specific topic or asking for views on a prototype design.
We’ll support you throughout these sessions and explain each part of the process.
If you'd like to get involved, please complete our form.
